ENTRY LEVEL SALES

Knutson Partners Construction (KPC) is a subsidiary of Dave Knutson Siding, which has been in business since 1974. KPC is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to undergo training for construction sales. This is a direct sales position requiring door-to-door prospecting in residential neighborhoods affected by recent hail damage and windstorms. Salespeople ask prospective customers if they will allow the salesperson to conduct a free inspection of their property. Upon receiving consent, the salesperson will immediately conduct an inspection of exterior structural components, including the roof, siding, windows, and gutters. If damage is found, the salesperson will instruct the customer on how to file a claim and then meet the insurance adjuster at the property on a later date. If the adjuster agrees that damage is insurable, the salesperson will complete a contract with the customer, collect a deposit, then turn the job in for production. At that point KPC assumes responsibility for the customer relationship and completes the work.

• Own or have access to a vehicle that can carry a collapsible ladder in the trunk or truck bed
• Have access and ability to operate a computer
